You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Use Nudgelys for illegal activities

Upload malicious or harmful content

Attempt to access other users' data

Abuse or overload our systems

5. Subscription and Payments

Pricing and billing terms will be clearly displayed before payment.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nudgelys is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or missed follow-ups.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You may stop using Nudgelys at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
